Pro-Shine Car Wash

The $9 gold car wash sucks. I've got a small sedan that wasn't even horribly dirty and there were still tons of nasty marks and dirt leftover after the wash

Had been coming here for a while and noticed it didn’t truly wash my car. I just assumed bc i’d notice it after I drove away and drove for a bit however today when I did the vacuum i noticed marks and it was still dirty

I’ve been a customer of Pro Shine Car Wash for a while and never had any problems under the previous ownership. Everything worked smoothly, and if there was ever an issue, it was handled quickly. Since the new owner took over, it’s been a completely different experience. I have a monthly pass, but lately I’ve run into repeated problems just trying to get my car washed. The system doesn’t recognize my pass at times, even though my credit card is being charged and the account is active. What’s more frustrating is the lack of accessible customer service. When you call, it’s difficult to reach an actual person, which makes resolving even simple issues a hassle. That’s a big change from before, when support was responsive and easy to deal with. Overall, what used to be a reliable and convenient place has become inconsistent and frustrating. I hope the new management works out these issues soon.

Paid for the option to get my tires + rims cleaned, did not even make an attempt to clean them. Also left a huge scratch on my driver side window.

I love this car wash. Best part is it is touch less and does not scratch your vehicle like the brush car wash. I have a month pass and use it constantly. Cheryl and her team keep the place in tip top shape and very clean. This place will not disappoint and I highly recommend.
